In the original, Kaysie and Bey were interrogated via tickle torture on their feet with feathers by the Solletico Mafia. It's the same thing here, only with Star and Rosa in their place, with the dialogue hanging a bit of a lampshade over the Mafia's approach and reasoning. It's like they always capture these girls as an excuse for something going wrong.

its very funny to see the solletico mafia doing tickle torture on innocent and defenseless girls; i enjoy to see them beging desperately for mercy while they are being merciless tickled to the point of seeing what would be first, if they suffocate laughing and die cuz lack of air on theirs lungs for uncontrolling laughing, or...by being merciless tickled they would pee on her underwear
