Commission - Sniffing out a culprit

It's commission time again, starting off with one of my most frequent customers -

Apparently, something was stolen from him, and thinks these two girls were responsible.  Much like how my old Solletico Mafia used to do, he tickles their feet for information... or rather focuses the torture on the smaller girl, whose feet smell due to running around all day without a break, apparently.  That other girl is lucky or unlucky depending on your point of view not to be tickled.  She appeared in the last picture this guy commissioned, and once again her feet got ignored.
