Cho Aniki. Not heard of it? Good. Because you don't want to know. I'll spare you the explanation and let you look at my somewhat bizarre piece.

Oh OK. It's basically a comedy shmup by Masaya that first appeared on the PC Engine back in 1992. It's like Pariodius, only with the homo-eroticism levels cranked to 11. Since then, there have been a number of sequels and ports, and even a one-on-one fighting game on the SNES. While the initial focus was on two deities called Idaten and Benten as playable characters, the focus shifted on the fabulously gormless grinning muscle men Samson and Adon in later games.

I decided to draw Benten due to most of the games having her barefoot (check a previous poll of mine regarding her looks and outfits), and while I've never played the games, Cho Aniki is something of a curiosity to me. Here she is in her PSP Zero outfit (which won the poll), with Samson, Adon and even her sidekick angels Mika and Eru tickling her senseless mid-flight while a shocked Idaten looks on. This is more detailed than most pictures I do. From the sketching, outlining and the colouring, they all took ages. And as you can tell, I'm not that good at rendering muscle definition. That's what you get when you're so used to drawing fine-figured women in your art.

If you're curious, the PC Engine games are available on the Wii Virtual Console. Alternatively, look up Cho Aniki on YouTube. Ah dare ya. Ah double dare ya...

Right, onto Face to Face...

Cho Aniki?! God, never thought I'd see anything about this again. Last seen on Cinematech when I used to have G4TV. Nice to see they've been keeping themselves busy all this time.
