New KOF Snippets: Under special orders

I'm a fan of Whip, as mentioned before, and I've done a couple of pictures of her back when I used felt pens. While she always looks really pretty in her official artworks and does have a rather sprightly personality to contrast her occupation in life, Whip does have a slightly irritating voice in her earlier appearances, fights with a gun and isn't the easiest character to use. Still, at least her whip-based moves are great, and even tramples an opponent's head with her heel while laughing. Dirty bitch. I guess her appeal was down to her looking very much like my classic character Rosa, expect Whip is taller, has shorter hair, and doesn't have a beauty mark.

Leona... doesn't do that much for me. Sure, I enjoy playing as her and pulling off those combos she has, but her personality is lacking. Justified, given her history and Orochi half-breed background that she's trying to control by not being emotional, but her stoic demeanour doesn't make her that engaging to me. Ah well, she does have a better outfit in the latest games. Blue hair with green overalls do not go, dahling.

Whip and Leona are part of team Ikari Warriors alongside Heidern, Ralf and Clark. For this picture, Heidern wants Leona to learn how to laugh, and sends her to be tickled. Whip's there with her to set an example. With Kula Diamond doing the duty, Whip (no pun intended) cracks immediately, but Leona, while still ticklish, still does not know how to laugh, and will only get released if she does. Problem is, Kula seems to enjoy it.

Oh, before you ask, no I can't draw Kula tickled. While she has a developed body and is not short at all, she's still only 14 and acts younger than that as well. Rules are rules.
